Noir Vegas was founded by Sonia Redix, CEO of SOEFIT Business Consulting, Inc., and Evelyn Pratcher, CEO of EMG Music Group, LLC, with a shared vision of connecting African American, Hispanic, Asian, and other People of Color from all over the world with places of interest.
